The water is produced using reverse osmosis and deionisation and is suitable for water-fed pole window cleaning and other professional exterior cleaning applications.
Our Piusi B.SMART dispensing system allows registered customers to collect water at a time that suits them, without needing to arrange every visit with us.
Your account records the amount of water dispensed, making each collection quick and straightforward.

Base Pure Water was created using the purification, storage and filling system we already use for our own teams. We then added a self-service dispensing system so other professional window cleaners could access the same reliable supply.
The service is suitable for both regular customers and window cleaners who only need additional water occasionally.
Self-Service Collection
Registered users can collect purified water 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Once your account has been activated, we will provide the information you need to access and use the filling station.
The process is simple:
1. Register your account
Complete our online registration form and provide a valid payment card. An €80 fully refundable deposit is required to activate your account.
2. Receive your access details
We will explain how to access the filling station and use the self-service dispensing system.
3. Fill whenever you need water
Bring your vehicle or tank to the filling station, dispense the quantity required and continue with your working day.
Fast Filling
Our filling system is designed for professional users who need to get back on the road quickly.
The system can dispense water at up to approximately 160 litres per minute, depending on the customer’s tank, hose and connection.
With up to 4,400 litres of purified water storage, we can support both regular collections and larger fills.
Price and Account Payments
Purified water is priced at:
€0.09 plus VAT per litre
An €80 fully refundable deposit is required to activate a Base Pure Water self-service account.
Water dispensed through your account is recorded by the filling system and charged monthly to the payment card saved on your account.
The €80 deposit will be refunded when your account is closed, provided all outstanding water charges have been paid.
If a monthly card payment is declined or remains unpaid, self-service access will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid and a valid payment method is provided.
Purified to 0 PPM
Our water is produced through a reverse-osmosis and deionisation purification process.
It is checked to ensure it is suitable for professional window cleaning and is normally dispensed at 0 parts per million total dissolved solids.
Using properly purified water helps professional window cleaners achieve a clear, spot-free finish without detergent residue.
Regular and Occasional Users Welcome
You do not need to collect a fixed quantity every week.
Some customers use the filling station once or twice per week, while others only collect water when their own system cannot keep up or when they have a larger job.
