We generally use an ultra-pure water-fed pole system to clean the exterior glass and frames. The purified water dries naturally without leaving soap residue or mineral marks.

Inside and Outside Window Cleaning

For the most complete result, we recommend having the inside and outside of the windows cleaned during the same appointment.

An outside-only clean removes dirt, traffic film, dust and weather marks from the exterior. However, fingerprints, cooking residue, condensation marks and general household dirt can remain on the inside of the glass.

Cleaning both sides gives the glass a noticeably clearer finish and makes the greatest difference to the natural light and appearance of the property.

Base operates an organised daily schedule, and we place a strong emphasis on arriving within the agreed appointment window. When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a clear appointment date and expected arrival time.

If severe weather or unsafe working conditions mean exterior work needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you and arrange a suitable alternative date.
