Most standard residential gutter cleaning jobs are typically €140–€200 including VAT, depending on the size of the property, gutter length, height and access.

Gutter, fascia and soffit washing is typically an additional €95–€150 including VAT when added to a gutter clean or other exterior cleaning work.

Larger properties, three-storey buildings and difficult-access areas may cost more. We can price most properties remotely and provide a quotation before the work is booked.

Base carries public liability and product liability insurance. Commercial documentation can be supplied where required.

Booking & Payment

When are appointments available?

Appointments are arranged in advance and normally take place during daytime working hours from Monday to Saturday. When your booking is confirmed, we will provide an appointment date and an expected arrival window.

Some exterior cleaning work may need to be rescheduled during severe weather or unsafe working conditions. If this happens, we will contact you and arrange a suitable alternative date.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, cash, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Residential customers normally pay when the work has been completed. Payment arrangements for larger, recurring or commercial work will be confirmed in the quotation.

Do your prices include VAT?

The typical residential prices shown on this page include VAT. Your quotation will clearly state the price and applicable VAT so you know the full amount payable before approving the work.

When is payment due?

For most residential work, payment is due when the service has been completed. Different payment terms may apply to commercial, contract or account customers and will be stated in the quotation or invoice.
